Absolutely correct answer. You have to test as many as you can or need to find out what suits for specific individual. Whenever I try new distros I find it that they run similarly and always I have to spend hours of troubleshooting for a simple setting or task.
можно ли рассказать про Kodachi Linux ?
The distribution is not really important…..really? not everyone is a distro junky like most linux folks are. If I was totally new to linux from windows and granting that I'm an average windows user,….yah! the distribution matter! would you recommend Arch to an average windows user coming in to linux? hey! I'm using Arch, I'm an advanced linux super user. whatever man!…
parrot security
Of course, is Kali Linux but I do not understand your conference speech.
In the end, (not misunderstand me I follow your channel for the years), what is the best Linux Distribution after your speech of one hour???
could you please do a review about Regata OS? is a new Linux operating system focused on games, video editing, photos and hybrid notebooks.
@HS – While un-related to this particular video, i'm wondering if you've ever done a video showing people how to differentiate "Normal" traffic from "Malicious" traffic…… What i mean is, basically showing people how to setup a single Monitoring port on your core router, mirroring all swich ports on that core to that single monitoring port, and then using wireshark ( or whatever tools you like ) to help you understand what "Normal" traffic on your network looks like, and possibly setting up filters to catch any "Malicious" ( RAT's, TOR's, TeamViewer's, Relaying Servers, abnormal IP's and Ports, etc. ), sending those items filtered out into a log file for later investigation ???
Do you have a recommendation to point me towards on what to learn to get deeper into this topic? Maybe a top 3 of topics/things to learn for better understanding. Right now I’m doing the Harvard cs50 course and I have not
A lot of experience prior to that other than some math and some basic computer science knowledge. I’m trying to figure out a direction where to go after learning the basic concepts of cs and some basic programming
My opinion is ANDROID
Team kali linux

Hannah Montana Linux is the best distribution. Case closed.
hi,
can you insert arabic tranlation on your videos
if you can please do it because i'm follow u and there are some words i cant understand it
Great Video overall and your emphasis on the users requirements was personally very important for me. But calling Debian bloated seems a bit harsh or I don't understand what bloated means. 🙂
Thanks for this, nothing like watching these while drinking coffee!
Fuck Linux use Windows.
Hi which is best linux distribution?
What distro and setup do you use?
Bro, waiting for your Hackthebox videos…with new machines😍
Simple answer, TempleOS!
I love kali but the best depends on our purpose
Thankyou sir
Hello sir. Show us a demo how Nessus essentials work? Thanks mate!
The point of searching for the perfect distro and asking every single individual on the internet "What is the perfect distro?" is simple. People don't want to learn and spend dozens of hours into building a distro that suits them or search for a distro that suits them. Some of these people are really not technical. People want the out of box experience. And that's fine.
If all the linux distro builders realized this and came to a conclusion that a "perfect linux distro" needs to be made, that's when linux can get a market share more than %2. The most windows or mac like distro in terms of customisation, settings, out-of-the-box-usability and stability would win.
As of right now, all the linux distros are either too buggy, too out of the ordinary, too confusing, too complex or way oversimplified(little to no GUI accessible settings at all). Using linux is a chore for newcomers and has always been one.
That is why the perfect distro search will never end. Until some group realizes and builds THE linux distro. People are frustrated with mac and windows and want a change but don't want to invest 100 hours into the change.
Your voice is so relaxing.
Can you make a video of setting vim up for c++ programming on kali?
For me KDEneon,Back Box,Parrot. In no particular order.
And this is why I use arch; I've gotten used to pacman for my package manager, and I can easily set everything else up however I wish.
For newbies, I tend to recommend Mint. Cinnamon is a decent DE, as is the newer one they added, and repos have pretty much everything a new user is likely to need. apt is a decent enough package manager; I'm just not used to it due to having not used a debian based distro in years. The included GUI for apt does the job just fine, of course, but I tend to do most of my admin stuff in the shell.
