E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu eoan Release' does not have a Release file.
How can I fix this error?

I really hope someone answers this!! I have a 240GB ssd I want to install ubuntu on. Windows is on a 1tb nvme. How big should my swap. Root. And home partitions be? I have 32 gb ram. I have been searching and searching and can't find an answer lol
