In this video, I will be demonstrating how you can remove Ubuntu from your PC and revert to running only Windows again without losing your data or applications. This video would guide you on how to fully remove ubuntu from your Windows PC, save some time on booting by not having to go through the grub terminal each time to choose Windows from the list, and of course, you will be able to recover back the disk space you allocated to ubuntu or whichever Linux distribution you installed.
There are two parts to it:

1. Removing the Linux operating system which in my case is Ubuntu, will remove all system files as well as any data you may have on Ubuntu, so you should back up any files you have on Ubuntu before proceeding with this process.

2. Removing the grub bootloader, this is the initial screen that shows up each time you bootup, from where you choose which of the two operating systems you want to run, now you need to remove that as well.
It really doesn’t matter which you do first.

Here the solution very easy .
Go to cmd and type
list disk
sel disk (choose hard drive)
list partition
sel part (chose your windows installation partition )
active
exit
it's 100% working for me..

diskpart
list disk
(Now select the disk in which windows in installed. For eg. disk 0)
select disk 0
list partition
(Now note down the partition no. in which your windows is installed. For eg. 1)
select partition 1
active

(Not mine but needs to be top level)

This just left my laptop in a loop of black screen and a non-functional Grub screen, as mentioned by previous posters. To quote, it says "GNU GRUB version 2.02. Minimal Bash-I like line editing is supported. For the firs word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file competitions." When I type exit, it just loops back to that screen again. Everything was frozen. Luckily I found a solution of pressing F1 to get into bios and was able to simply change the boot order to boot Windows as priority over Linux Grub. I thought my computer was dead. I think you should add something to your video addressing this potential problem. I was worried I had just turned my laptop into a paper weight…

If it says total identified windows installations :0
Then try this
Run diskpart

Type: list disk then sel disk X where X is the drive your boot files reside on

Type list vol to see all partitions (volumes) on the disk (the EFI volume will be formatted in FAT, others will be NTFS)

Select the EFI volume by typing: sel vol Y where Y is the SYSTEM volume (this is almost always the EFI partition)

For convenience, assign a drive letter by typing: assign letter=Z: where Z is a free (unused) drive letter

Type exit to leave disk part

While still in the cmd prompt, type: Z: and hit enter, where Z was the drive letter you just created.

Type dir to list directories on this mounted EFI partition

If you are in the right place, you should see a directory called EFI

Type cd EFI and then dir to list the child directories inside EFI

Type rmdir /S ubuntu to delete the ubuntu boot directory

Dear everyone who have problem with the codes! Just enter to BIOS menu, go to Boot menu, then change the boot order, save and exit and you can boot into Windows. It worked for me. But it will not solve the problem. But I don't really care, coz I will install an other Linux to my HDD. Later I will figure out how to solve the problem.
