localhost/phpmyadmin/ was not loading after following all mentioned steps then I extracted phpMyAdmin zip file to this folder C:Apache24htdocsphpmyadmin and it worked like charm. This video didn't mention any prerequisites, here are they (install them first):

# install Apache, MySql and PHP refer this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuMTZowwjus
# for detailed MySql installation refer this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuBcTJnIuzo

use MySql db username(root) and password at localhost/phpmyadmin/ page

not amazed… i really do not like to use PMA, but there's not enough information for the modules in Apache… i really thought rather than using XAMPP i could've just used Apache solo to make everything much more lighter meaning that it wouldn't use so much damn memory and CPU and if you're looking to do that… i'm sorry you can't if you
got windows. you'll need to contact someone that is working within windows
